- Good communication skills required and proven track record in calf nutrition/feed sales. We welcome Sales Reps who now offer non-competitive products to milk replacer target customers.
- Able to learn, understand and communicate technical information and assist customers in the application of milk replacer, supplements and other company products.
- Must be able to establish effective working relationships with customers
- Must be computer literate.
- Capable of estimating quotes.
- Must be a fast starter, able to work unsupervised at times.
- Capable of face-to-face presentations and cold calls.
